The CUTA Bargaining Team represents and bargains for the CUTA bargaining unit. The responsibility and authority for directing this bargaining process on behalf of the association is vested in CUTA Executive Board, subject to policies established by the CUTA Representative Council. It is composed of of six members: a chairperson, two members from secondary school sites and two members from elementary sites. A vice chairperson may also be appointed from existing secondary or elementary members.
