The CUTA Organizing/Crisis Team is responsible to organize, communicate with, and activate the membership under direction of the CUTA Executive Board. Whether in crisis or not, the Organizing Team's objective is to maintain a sense of unity in CUTA through events, communications, and school site visits.

The Organizing Team is also tasked with communicating with unit members and parents through a monthly Email Newsletter.
