Currently there are 84 members in column 1 of the salary schedule and 106 members in column 2. By submitting units to the HR department, 190 CUTA members could advance across the salary schedule into columns 2 and 3 and get a raise.
FREE UNITS FROM CTA
CTA offers free online training videos that are eligible for extension units through Chico State that will help you move over columns on the salary schedule. The extension units cost about $75 each (which is a good deal). Even better, CTA has been paying for 6 units or more per year for members. Click on the link below to learn more.
